A lot of girls do happen to have dull hair and scalp with a production of important sebum but now i will propose a few tips to solve this minor inconvenience.
- Don't wash your hair too often because there you will stress even more but if the thing you feel uncomfortable, wash the hair 3 times a week with a mild shampoo (absolutely not aggressive); if that's not enough to know that a henna-based mask does not dye 1 once a month can do wonders and give you a boost of shine to the hair;
- other idea would be a decoction of sage: boil for 15mins 250g of leaves in 1 liter of water, let it all rest for 48h (shake occasionally), filter, add 250ml of rum; getting shampoo and rinse the hair with this preparation.
- if you suffer from dandruff here's another remedy: take a maceration of oregano, nettle and horsetail (Equisetum); putting in a glass container 50gr of oregano, 50gr of nettle and 50gr horsetail in 500ml of alcohol at 60°C; let rest in the sun for 15 days after which filtered and please fit 2 tablespoons diluted in warm water to make the scalp friction 2 times a day.
- do not touch them too often because the sebum of the hands helps to fatten them;
- let the hair down so that they can breathe as much as possible;
- remember that hair and skin are a reflection of your health; if you are in perfect health, your hair will be beautiful.
- Be conscious of the fact that in the advertisements using filters and other artifacts to convince you that your hair will become like those of a doll using their products; each hair is different and should be treated with respect but the basics are always the same, no silicone or aggressive products.
